This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS read as Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking directions to official respondents No. 1 and 2 to enquire into the representation (Annexure P-4) made to the police regarding the commission of offence being committed by the private respondents and now the petitioners are receiving life threats at the hands of the private respondents not the pursue the matter with the authorities otherwise they will face the dire consequences and their lives will be finished and further issuance of direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 02.04.2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation dated 02.04.2026 (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.2- Commissioner of Police, Amritsar City but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if RENU RAWAT 2026.04.24 14.31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-22717-2026 directions are issued to respondent No.2- Commissioner of Police, Amritsar City to look into his representation and take appropriate steps at the earliest.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Commissioner of Police, Amritsar City to consider and decide the representation representation dated 02.04.2026 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
