Contends, inter alia, that present FIR has been registered as a counter-blast of FIR No.145 dated 11.04.2025, under Sections 109(1), 126, 191(3) read with Section 190 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNS') and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station City, District Bhiwani, which was lodged at the instance of petitioner side against the complainant party.
