Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the only grievance of the appellant is that the sanction of mutation could not be kept pending by adjourning the same sine die and the same has to be done in prescribed time frame keeping in view the facts of the revenue record and the order passed by the Competent Court of Law in case, existent. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant further submits that the respondent -Revenue Authority (AC Ist Grade) may be directed to decide the sanction of mutation, which sanction has been set-aside by the financial Commission, afresh in a time bound manner so that the same does not cause prejudice either the appellant or the private respondents. 3.

Upon this, learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has not objection in case prayer made by the appellant, recorded herein above, is allowed.

Keeping in view the agreement entered into between the parties, the revenue authority i.e. AC Ist Grade is directed to decide afresh the issue regarding mutation within the period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

It may be noticed that meanwhile, if any order is passed by the Competent Court of law, the same has to be brought to the notice of respondent -Revenue Authorities (AC Ist Grade) so that the same can be RIYA 2026.02.17 14:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
