(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.109 dated 25.06.2016, registered under Sections 307, 458, 436, 332, 353, 186, 427, 148 and 149 IPC; Section 25 of the Arms Act and Section 4 of Prevention of damage to the Public Property Act, 1984, at Police Station City-I Malerkotla, District Sangrur. Vide order dated 13.06.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been directed to surrender before the trial Court and on his doing so, the trial Court was directed to release him on interim bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has surrender before the Court below on 20.06.2022 and accordingly, he was released on interim bail. AMAN JAIN 2022.09.16 10:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
