This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 12 dated 07.01.2015 under Sections 420/406/120-B IPC at Police Station City Jagadhri, District Yamuna Nagar. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Nirmal Singh, who is present in court, submits that petitioner is not required in the case.
