*** Vide order dated 22.12.2017, while granting interim bail to the petitioner, he was directed to appear in the trial Court/ before Vacation Judge within seven days from the said date. He was further directed to deposit cost of Rs. 10,000/- with District Legal Services Authority, Jalandhar. Counsel was directed to place on file copy of the order passed by the trial Court/Vacation Judge and receipt for deposit of costs and the next date was fixed as 30.1.2018.
In the meanwhile, an application for extension of time to appear before the trial Court was filed for the reason that petitioner could not arrange surety and he was unable to appear in the trial Court within stipulated time. The application was allowed subject to payment of Rs.5,000/- more as cost and further time of three days was granted. On 30.1.2018 though learned counsel for the petitioner stated that petitioner had appeared in the trial Court within time and amount of Parvinder Singh 2018.03.15 18:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
CRM-M No. 49581 of 2017 cost had been deposited but copy of order passed by the trial Court and receipt with regard to deposit of cost were not placed on file. Today again learned counsel for the petitioner expresses inability to file copy of order and receipt regarding deposit of cost. Since the orders passed by this Court have not been complied with, the petition stands dismissed. (H.S.
