The petitioner through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is seeking directions to official respondents to take appropriate action upon representation dated 17.04.2023. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed representation dated 17.04.2023 alleging commission of rape. The police authorities are not looking into the representation of the petitioner.

Ms. Guramrit Kaur, DAG, Punjab, who on advance notice is present in Court, assures the Court that jurisdictional authorities would look into representation of the petitioner and do the needful.
