The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking direction to official respondents to conduct proper, speedy and impartial investigation in FIR No.12 dated 14.03.2025 under Section 333, 115(2), 351(3), 191(3), 190, 324(2) of Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 registered at Police Station Payal, District Khanna.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner further contends that he would be satisfied in case his representation/complaint dated 04.04.2025 (Annexure P-5) be decided in a time bound manner.
