Virk, Senior DAG, Haryana --- SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.147 dated 5.3.2023, under Section 15 of the NDPS Act, 1885 (Sections 18 and 27-A of the NDPS Act added later on), registered at Police Station Thanesar Sadar, District Kurukshetra.

This Court vide order dated 16.5.2024, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 16.5.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.
