***** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The petitioner seeks the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.77 dated 01.05.2022 under Sections 353, 186, 148, 149 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Ludhiana, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 13.06.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and the co-accused Saka Muhammad has surrendered before the Trial Court in terms of the order dated 12.09.2022. The learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Davinder Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 13.06.2022 and is not required for custodial interrogation. He further submits that the order dated 12.09.2022 passed by this Court has been complied with.

In this view of the matter, interim order dated 13.06.2022 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and she shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
