**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Present petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.263 dated 26.09.2014 under Sections 406, 498-A, 323 and 506 IPC and Section 3 of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005, registered at Police Station Cantonment, Amritsar City, District Amritsar. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Balwinder Singh, states that in compliance of order dated 09.05.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioner has again joined the investigation on 04.08.2016 and recovery of some clothes has been effected from him. Moreover, his custodial interrogation is not required at this stage. Learned counsel for the complainant submits that as per the Naresh Kumar 2016.08.12 16:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh complainant some gold articles are yet to be recovered from the petitioner.

CRM-M-8293-2016 -2In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 10.03.2016, passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
