Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the respondents to decide representation dated 08.04.2019 (Annexure P3) and to take action on the same in case FIR No. 71 dated 16.03.2019, registered under Sections 22 & 61 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Derabassi, District S.A.S. Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the representation (Annexure P3), moved by the petitioner to respondent No.3Senior Superintendent of Police, S.A.S. Nagar still remained unattended. Notice of motion.
