On the instructions of SI Dalbir singh, it has been informed that the petitioners have joined the investigation and in view of the nature of the allegations against them, they are not required to be taken into custody and that the necessary steps to arrest the main accused are being taken by the investigating agency.

In view of the said circumstances, the petition is allowed. Interim order dated 9.3.2016 is hereby made absolute subject to all the conditions u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
