(ORAL) At the outset counsel for the petitioner states that the detenue-Rajbir Singh has since been released yesterday. Report dt. 09.06.2022 of the Warrant Officer has also been received. The same is taken on record. As per the said report, the said detenue-Rajbir Singh was not found in the confines of the Police Station Sadar Patti, District Tarn Taran, Punjab.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition stands disposed of as nothing survives in the same. If the petitioner or the detune-Rajbir Singh have any claim against the State, they are permitted to pursue the same before the appropriate forum, if so advised June 14, 2022 Ess Kay (M.S.
