The petitioner has come before this Court challenging his transfer order from Sri Muktsar Sahib to Sub Centre Dodhar, PHC Dhudike, District Moga.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner had submitted representations to the Senior Medical Officer apprehending injury and financial loss to him by the staff members of the concerned Sub Centre, where he was posted in Sri Muktsar Sahib, vide representations dated 29.08.2022 and 03.10.2022. The petitioner had preferred a writ petition seeking a prayer from this Court to direct the respondents to decide his representation and this Court disposed of the writ petition by directing the respondents to consider and decide the representation by passing reasoned order.
