R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 has filed reply and the same is taken on record.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Lakhwinder Singh submits that the cancellation report was prepared which has since been approved by the Senior Superintendent of Police on 05.05.2014. It is further submitted that the cancellation report would be shortly presented before the Magistrate. It is directed that the needful be done within one month. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as no further indulgence of this Court is required. Respondent no. 2 would be at liberty to file protest petition.
