***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Perusal of the paperbook reveals that notice of motion was issued, vide order dated 20.05.2024 and notice regarding stay was also issued. However, thereafter on 23.05.2024, the suit was decided by the court below, copy whereof has been supplied by the counsel, which is taken on record. Relating to the judgment of dismissal, after the decision of the said suit, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the Appellate Court, which is still pending adjudication.

In the given circumstances, counsel for the petitioner submits that she does not want to pursue with the revision petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file an appropriate application, seeking interim relief before the Lower Appellate Court. Ordered accordingly.
