**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (Oral) In the present petition, the claim of the petitioner is for the grant of benefit of 3rd ACP w.e.f. 01.11.2015 alongwith arrears. It may be noticed that while issuing notice of motion on 24.05.2019, the respondents were directed to decide the representations (Annexure P-4 & P-5) submitted by the petitioner, which representations have already been decided by the respondents while passing the impugned order dated 23.10.2019, copy of which has been appended as Annexure R-1 and the claim of the petitioner has been rejected by the respondents. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and same is disposed of having been rendered infructuous and liberty is given to the petitioner that if in case, the petitioner is still aggrieved against the impugned order dated 23.10.2019 (Annexure R-1), he can avail appropriate remedy for redressal of his grievance in accordance with law.
