This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for willfully and intentionally disobeying the orders dated 25.01.2024, 16.11.2024, 11.12.2024, 18.01.2025, 28.01.2025, 13.02.2025, 07.03.2025, 24.03.2025, 03.04.2025 and 22.04.2025 passed by the Special Judge, Ludhiana in FIR No.10 dated 27.01.2020, under Section 3(q) of The Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 registered at Police Station Sidhwan Bet, District Ludhiana. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Inspector Hira Singh states that the investigation has since been completed and that the challan would be presented.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present contempt petition. 4.

Dismissed as not pressed. Rule stands discharged.
