By way of present petition filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023, petitioner - Pooja Kaushal, aged about 48 years, seeks quashing of impugned order dated 21.02.2026 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned JMIC, Rajpura, whereby, application u/s 319 Cr.P.C. (Annexure P-3) filed by the State for summoning of Sonia Kaushal/respondent No.2, as additional accused, has been dismissed.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise the pleas, as raised herein, if so maintainable, before the learned trial Court at the appropriate stage.
