**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J.(ORAL) CRM-24018-2018 This is an application that has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to place on record statement of respondent No.1 withdrawing the complaint bearing No. 184/14 dated 10.10.2014 titled as 'Sangeeta Verma vs. Dalip Kumar Verma and others' filed under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. Copy of the statement Annexure A-1 and copy of the order dated 31.05.2018 Annexure A-2 are taken on the record. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner Dalip Kumar Verma submits that the main complaint itself has been withdrawn by the complainant and, therefore, the main petition has been rendered infructuous.

Since the main case is listed for 24.08.2018, the hearing in the same is preponed to today itself.
