Present appeal has been filed challenging award dated 21.02.2005 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ambala dismissing the claim petition under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 filed by the appellants.
Present is a case, the file of which was destroyed in the fire incident which took place in the year 2011.
This matter was put up by the Registry before this Court as learned counsel failed to supply the documents/paperbook etc. in order to reconstruct the file.
