NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, namely, Jagjeewan Singh @ Baniya and Bhagat Ram @ Bhagtu, who have been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 148, 307, 323, 324 and 341 read with Section 149, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No. 37, dated 21.3.2014, registered at Police Station, Kurali, Tehsil Kharar, District S.A.S. Nagar.

CRM-M-9483-2015 Bakshish Singh of Police Station, Kurali, Tehsil Kharar, District S.A.S. Nagar, at the very outset submits that both the petitioners, namely, Jagjeewan Singh @ Baniya and Bhagat Ram @ Bhagtu, have joined the investigation as per the directions issued by this Court, vide order dated 1.4.2015, and, as such, they are no more required for custodial interrogation in the present case.

In view of the submission of learned counsel for the State, present petition is allowed. The interim directions issued vide order dated 1.4.2015 are made absolute. The petitioners shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down in Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
