(Oral) It is submitted by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Amar Nath, Police Station City Kharar that the PSEB certificate pertaining to 10+2 class final examination earlier handed over to the Investigating Officer in this Court was found to be genuine one and has admitted that no further recovery is to be effected as remaining of the evidence is documentary one which is in the possession of the concerned authority. Thus, no useful purpose will be served by sending the petitioner to custody.
Without adverting to the merits of the case, the instant petition is allowed.
