(ORAL) Affidavit of Superintendent, Central Jail, Jalandhar, has been placed on record indicating that the petitioner is under regular observation of the doctors of the Hospital at Jail and that he requires regular referral and checkups by specialist doctors from tertiary level of Health Care Institution and regular investigations and specialist management every week. Copy supplied. Counsel for the complainant has sought intervention to oppose the application contending that the complainant is interested in expeditious disposal of the case and that during pendency of the case DDR dated 4.6.2015, has been recorded against one of the co-accused for having threatened the material

CRM-M-9491-2015 (O&M) witnesses. It has also been informed that two accused persons who are related to the petitioner are proclaimed offenders. At this stage, counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present third petition for bail filed on medical grounds.

Disposed of as withdrawn, at this stage, without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner.
