The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.PC seeking direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to mark a high level inquiry to probe into the fraudulent activities being carried on by respondent Nos.5 and 6 in connivance with respondent No.7 under the garb of partnership firm namely Pickji Warehouse & Delivery Services LLP registered at Chandigarh. 2.

On issuance of notice of motion on 05.08.2021, the learned State counsel has filed the status report/reply dated 11.05.2023 which is taken on record. Copy thereof has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioners. Learned State counsel submits that in the status report it has been stated that FIR No.46 dated 29.04.2023 under Sections 406/420/120B IPC Police Station Phase-11, SAS Nagar has been registered against respondent Nos.4 to 6 namely Abhishek Jalan, Komal Saluja and Dixit Sood and one Varun Bansal. He further submits that in view of the above fact the instant petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the above said factual aspect that the above mentioned FIR has been registered against respondent Nos.4 to 6.
