CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE HARI PAL VERMA Present:- Mr. Vijay K. Jindal, Advocate for the petitioners.
Mr. Manish Bansal, Assistant A.G., Haryana.
HARI PAL VERMA J.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the present criminal writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous for the reason that the Director General of Prisons, Haryana has passed the necessary order dated 2.7.2013. He further states that he has challenged the said order dated 2.7.2013 by way of Criminal Writ Petition No.1455 of 2013, which is pending before this Court. Considering the fact that the order dated 2.7.2013 is subject matter of challenge by way of separate petition, the present petition is liable to be dismissed being infructuous. Learned State counsel does not dispute the above fact. Accordingly, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
