***** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The learned counsel for the respondent-State has filed a status report by way of affidavit of Amit Bhatia, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Rewari dated 11.09.2022 in the Court today. The same is taken on record.

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 13.06.2022 passed by this Court, the appellant has joined the investigation.

The status report dated 11.09.2022 filed on behalf of the respondent-State is taken on record. The learned State counsel submits that the appellant has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 13.06.2022 and is not required for custodial interrogation. In this view of the matter, interim order dated 13.06.2022 is made absolute.

However, the appellant shall join investigation as and when required to do so.

The petition stands disposed of.
