RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant second petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.39, dated 21.03.2023, under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC and Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Profressionals Regulations Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Sadar Kotwali, Nabha, District Patiala, Punjab. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail any other remedy as available to them under the law. Allowed as prayed for.
