Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of direction to respondent No.5 to immediately defreeze/release the account/amount of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the account of the petitioner was liable to be released as the same had been ordered to be freezed without there being any direction from the Court.
Learned State counsel who is assisted by Head Constable Gurmukh Singh has submitted that FIR No.31 dated 21.02.2014 has been registered against the petitioner under Sections 406 and 420 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, at

Petitioner had sought anticipatory bail but the same was dismissed upto the Apex Court. Petitioner has failed to join investigation and in-fact proceedings for declaring him a proclaimed offender were pending. As per the FIR, petitioner has cheated the complainant to the tune of `50,00,000/-.
Keeping in view the submissions made by learned State counsel, no ground for further interference by this Court is made out.
Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
