By way of this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C prayer is made to quash DDR No.22 dated 28.08.2019, under Sections 323, 324, 325, 326, 341, 379, 148 and 149 IPC in case FIR No. 69 dated 28.08.2019, under Sections 323, 324, 326, 336, 379, 148 and 149 of IPC and under Sections 25, 27 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Tibber, District Gurdaspur, Punjab and all the consequential proceedings arising out of the said FIR on the basis of compromise dated 27.03.2024 (Annexure P-3).

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present case on the basis of compromise, at this stage. 3.

In view of above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
