  MOA filed on behalf of the respondent by Arun Singla, Advocate. Counsel for the petitioner has argued that respondent be restrained from removing the child from the jurisdiction of the Court till the next date of hearing. On the other hand counsel for respondent has opposed the request and stated that time be given for filing detailed reply. No ground is made out to pass the restrain order merely on the apprehension of the petitioner that the child will be removed from the jurisdiction of this Court, without hearing the respondent. The matter was adjourned from yesterday to today for service of respondent and respondent needs to be given sometime to file reply. In view of the same now reply as poser of attorney be filed on 05.08.2021.
