***** SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.23 dated 18.02.2015, under Sections 411 and 414 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, Section 3 of Passport Act, 1920, Section 14 of Foreigner Act, 1946, Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 and Sections 21 and 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Gharinda, District Amritsar Rural.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to inadvertence all the offences mentioned in the FIR could not be stated in the head note as well as Para 1 of the petition.

Following order was passed by this Court on 13.08.2015:- "List again on 07.09.2015.
In the meantime, in the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Petitioner shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) of the code of Criminal Procedure, 1973."
Learned State counsel who is assisted by Head Constable Balwinder Singh has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for further investigation.
Accordingly, interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 13.08.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
