CRM-M-9599 of 2014 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have already faced about 15 enquiries pursuant to the frivolous complaints filed by the private respondents. She further submits that all the enquiries have been concluded in favour of the petitioners, but the private respondents are still making the one or the other frivolous complaints against that petitioners, thereby putting them to unwarranted harassment. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submits that matter has been enquired into and nothing has been found pending against AMIT KUMAR 2015.04.22 12:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

She further submits that in this view of the matter, no further orders are called for in the present petition and the same may be disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and after careful perusal of the record of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga-respondent No.2 that if the private respondents make any complaint in future against the petitioners, he himself shall enquire into the matter and ensure that no unwarranted harassment is caused to the petitioners at the hands of the private respondents. Respondent No.2 is further directed that if the respondents are found making frivolous complaints, suitable action shall be taken against them, in accordance with law.

With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
