General, Haryana and Mr. Satyaveer Singh, Advocate appear on behalf of the respondent-State and respondents No.8 to 16, respectively, in pursuance of the advance copies of paper book having already been supplied to them. 2.1 Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Rajesh Sharma, Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Israna, District Panipat, as well as learned counsel for respondents No.8 to 16 submit that in fact, there is no 'no-confidence' motion moved against the present petitioner and the statement to that effect in Annexures P-4, P-6 and P-9, is without any basis. It is further submitted that only a complaint has been received against the petitioner, which would be dealt with by the concerned authority, in accordance with law.

2.2 As regards the other prayer, made on behalf of the petitioner, for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to decide complaints dated 15.04.2025 (Annexures P-7 and P-8) in a time bound manner, is concerned; it has been submitted by learned State counsel that inquiry in the matter already stands marked to the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Israna. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned State counsel and learned counsel for respondents No.8 to 16, no further orders are required to be passed in the instant writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
