The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 13.11.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-16146-2021.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh, Advocate, accepts notice and filed his memorandum of appearance on behalf of the respondent. He submits that in compliance of order dated 13.11.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-16146-2021, a speaking order dated 17.04.2026 has been passed. He has produced a copy of the said speaking order dated 17.04.2026 in the Court. The same is taken on record. A copy thereof has been given to learned counsel for the petitioner.
