Learned counsel submits that even though the representation had been submitted, still the similarly circumstanced employees working with the petitioner have been surplused and adjusted vide order dated 20.09.2024, Annexure P-13, regarding which he would file a fresh representation stating all facts, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection. 2.
