It was submitted that challan had been presented in the Court by the CBI and that the petitioner was ready to face the trial. Upon notice, Sh.Sumeet Goel, Standing Counsel for CBI has put in appearance and concedes that challan stands presented and custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no longer required. In view of the aforesaid circumstances the present petition is allowed.
