AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to grant the petitioner minimum pay scale alongwith dearness allowance (as revised from time to time) of the post of heavy vehicle driver with effect from the date of joining in lieu of judgment dated 26.10.2016 (Annexure P-7).

Notice of motion.

On asking of Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court accepts notice on behalf of respondents-State.

Mr.S.K.Malik, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.3 to consider and decide legal notice dated 16.01.2019 (Annexure P-6) within some specified time. In case, representation is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioner.
