(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at length, confines his relief to a direction to the respondent-authorities for consideration of her representation dated 15.07.2021 (Annexure P-17). Mr. Arun Gosain, learned senior standing counsel appearing for respondent No. 5 on advance copy submits that the representation dated 15.07.2021 (Annexure P-17) shall be considered and decided by the authorities in accordance with law before the last date of submitting the application form for NEET-2021 examination i.e. 06.08.2021.

In view of the aforesaid submission and prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner and the statement made by learned senior standing counsel for respondent No. 5, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition which is disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and, therefore, the authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter accept or reject the same in accordance with law.
