(Oral) On 7.2.2018, when the petition came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner had stated that petitioner was ready to deposit a sum of Rs.60,000/- without prejudice to her rights. It was on the basis of that statement, that notice of motion was issued and interim bail was granted to the petitioner. However, the petitioner has not complied with such undertaking to deposit a sum of Rs.60,000/- It being so, the petition is doomed for failure and is dismissed accordingly.
