Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus seeking appointment of a Warrant Officer to visit Police Station City Khanna and to get released Detenue Rajvir from the illegal confinement of respondents No. 3 and 4. Heard.

In view of the reply of the Warrant Officer, no further interference by this Court is called for.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
