The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to consider her representation dated 12.04.2024 (Annexure P-6). 2.

The petitioner claims that Mohan Dev Sharma @ Goldyrespondent No. 4 has obtained passport by concealing material facts and official respondents should cancel his passport. She has filed representation dated 12.04.2024 (Annexure P-6) seeking cancellation of passport of respondent No. 4.
