On instructions from ASI Vishnu, learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that pursuant to the previous order dated 30.01.2019, cancellation report has been filed in the concerned Court on 05.02.2019. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
