Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of direction to official respondent Nos.1 to 3 for conducting fresh investigation or re-investigation in case FIR No.147, dated 18.06.2020, under Sections 306/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Pinangwa, District Nuh.

Issue notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of official respondents and states that the challan is presented in the Court and the trial is pending adjudication.
