Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that pursuant to the order dated 14.6.2022, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Munish, does not dispute the fact and also submits that the petitioner is no longer required for the purpose of investigation.
As per status report dated 20.2.2023 filed in the case, two other FIRs have been lodged subsequent to passing of the interim order dated 14.6.2022. FIR No. 410 dated 11.8.2022 under Sections 323, 506 and 34 IPC was lodged by the petitioner and a cross FIR No. 411 dated 11.8.2022 under Sections 323 and 506 IPC was lodged by the complainant. It is further submitted by the learned State counsel that investigation in both the cases is complete and challan stands filed.
