H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurjit Singh, states that petitioner has since furnished an affidavit that he does not hold any passport and further the petitioner is not required by the police for further investigation.
It being so, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 22.12.2017 is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition in that way is allowed.
It is made clear, that in case the petitioner is found to be indulging in any criminal activity, after being granted bail vide this order, the order shall be liable to be withdrawn. ( H.S.
