(ORAL) Learned counsel for respondents No. 1 and 2 submits that respondent No. 2-Prag Raj, who was the Managing Director of respondent No. 1 has expired and as per information on the website of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the company after a huge loss, had run into rough weather and now, is closed. As on date, there is no Managing Director of respondent No. 1, which is lying closed.

In view of the above, the instant revision stands abated and is disposed of as such.
