(ORAL) Prayer in the instant second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.62 dated 16.06.2018 registered under Sections 384, 506 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Bhadaur.
According to the prosecution, the petitioner along with her accomplice is running a gang of cheating and robbing innocent people by adopting a new modus operandi of laying them in their trap through petitioner, who by gathering contact number of public persons, taking advantage of her female character, contact and call them at her place, in conspiracy with each other and thereafter, blackmail, rob and cheat them by giving beatings and extending threat to viral their objectionable video to falsely implicate them in some case. In this manner, the petitioner extorted the complainant.
