*** Learned State counsel has contended that the petitioner has not joined the investigation in terms of the directions issued to him vide order dated 10.01.2018 and as a matter of fact the F.I.R. No. 23 dated 17.1.2018 for offences under Sections 302,307,342,148,149,120-B IPC and 27 of the Arms Act has been registered against him with Police Station Rajgarh. This fact is conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Om Parkash.
Since the petitioner has not complied with the direction of joining the investigation issued vide last order, the petition cannot survive and is dismissed accordingly.
